Qualifications & Requirements: Relevant academic Degree, preferably at Bachelor level, in a relevant field of expertise, such as Sociology, Development Studies, NGO Management, etc. At least 3 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation with a national or International NGO or UN agency. Experience in with providing field level support in monitoring and evaluation. Experience designing and conducting training in monitoring and evaluation. Experience facilitating assessment and evaluations. Experience using participatory tools and methodologies for monitoring and evaluation, conducting needs assessments and identifying lessons learnt Good analytical skills Good report writing skills Good spoken and English language competencies and fluency in Pashto and/or Dari (written and spoken) Commitment to the mission and the core values of Swedish Committee for Afghanistan Willing to travel to all SCA coverage areas and cope with a stressful environment Be an Afghan Citizen
